Mike Gough

Mike Gough is a Canadian painter who lives and works in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He received his BFA from Sir Wilfred Grenfell College (Cornerbrook) and his MFA from Central Saint Martins (London). He has received numerous project grants from the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council. In 2020 he was the recipient of the Laura Ciruls Painting Award. His work is held in public and private collections, including the City of St. John’s, the Provincial Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Bank of Montreal, Global Affairs Canada, Sir Wilfred Grenfell College Permanent Collection, The Rooms Permanent Collection and more.
